In the US, we have to inaugurate elected leaders before they can assume office and the exact dates are even written into our Constitution.<br><br>The Congress always has the ability to impeach a sitting President. But if they were to impeach a "President-elect" before he can be inaugurated, is the Vice-President-elect then the President-elect?
