How do I get myself away from this feeling of being weak

The hate for girls is slowly increasing in me and i'm burning inside and getting more angsty idk how to get this feeling out of me and how to get away from this feeling it's like I'm losing myselfslowly and I'm weak that may be true I don't understand what to do and where to go in this situation and i'm being exploited by the society and i'm weak and may be weak I don't understand what to do I'm tired to fight I'm tired to be in the dark I want to be in the light because i'm tired.
