Hi American people, I'm Korean from Korea here to ask is it normal for pizza place to call you? and did I do anything wrong?

Yesterday, I ordered pizza from app (Just say it's one of famous pizza chains) and I was waiting for more than 30 minutes (estimated arrival time was 25 so I thought it's normal) then I got call from a lady in English (I'm not native English speaker and I'm a high school student) so I couldn't understand what she said at first so I ask twice for her to speak slower then she got mad (I don't know why though) and asked me my address which was weird (because they have my address on app, I confirmed it) I answered but she said it's wrong so I asked mom to give exact English address then she said it's wrong. She then hang up the phone.<br><br>I waited for another 30 minutes and couldn't see any sign of pizza guy coming so I called Pizza place and a man answered said it's no one here speaking Korean so I was screwed. Luckily I have a dad who finished university in US, Korean from Korea and speaks really good English so I got to call pizza place with dad and it was because of my address. Here is the point. I wrote 'N' (Just a random letter) as my mom's apartment number because English address was literaly too long to put in 10 letters for apartment so I thought it won't be matter (I mean I've been calling pizza for a long and I never had any problem) and mom also mentioned 'I'm sure it's 'N'' in Korean so I thought they heard it. But somehow they didn't hear and pizza guy went places other than my home. Pizza guy went to a wrong home and called me and it was a lady who was at home and she don't speak English and she said 'What the heck is this place' (I'm sorry, but I can't post the IGTV cause it's public and editting also prohibited due to copyright) and called pizza place asking where is the pizza and she gave me 5 free side menu and she now knows my name and she said she will give me free pizza when I visit there again.<br><br>I'm really thankful for married lady coming for pizza but I don't know why I got mad call from a lady, I mean I've been ordering pizza for 3 years now, and never had any problem. Can you guys help me what's going on and why I was treated like that?<br><br>TL;DR Lady from Pizza store called me and got mad because of my address which was totally my fault. Can you guys tell me what's going on cause I've been ordering pizza for 3 years and never had any problems. Lady pizza guy called me and got mad at me, I mean I'm not native English speaker can you guys tell me what's going on?
