How would you change the human body you reincarnated into?

How would you change your body if you could adjust its shape and function in the real world, but not beyond the realm of known biological feasibility?<br>Specifically, imagine that you were reincarnated into a new human body in the present world as you are today, but you could adjust its shape and function in a very wide range of ways. However, you're not allowed to make changes that would make it nonviable in any way, or impossible for it to evolve in the real world based on random genetic variation. In other words, the changes you make should look like the sort of thing that could result from 3.5 billion years of natural selection operating on a big gene pool.<br><br>What adjustments would you make in order to make the human body more comfortable and practical?
