The Discord Discord

I think I'm getting more annoyed at this than I should be, but I'm seeing a lot of servers say that they will not allow people to talk about The Discord Discord (which I will refer to as TDD for the sake of this post). I am truly neutral on TDD, I don't think it's a good server at all but apparently some people do. What I don't understand is the malice towards it. If someone wants to talk about it why can't they? Are they posting spam invites? are they just talking about it like normal? Are they making new posts about it every other minute? So many questions, no answers.
