“the most normal boring person ever” is just someone you haven’t had the opportunity to see “go crazy“

How much of this is true? I’m a pretty laid back guy and live an extremely normal life. This is something I’ve heard before- that every “normal boring person” is just a person you haven’t seen “go crazy “ be it kill somebody, yell at the top of their lungs, physically fight someone, just have a crazy meltdown, etc. You can’t see someone you know be really laid back and boring and then yell at the top of their lungs and physically punch someone, you can’t see someone you know be really laid back and boring and then kill themselves, because it really doesn’t make sense for you to know them before/after they do any of those things.
