I showed up on the wrong man's doorsteps, and now I'm glad I do.

We are visiting our friends with our two kids (5M, 3F). The morning we were supposed to leave I was working in our bedroom before the kids woke up on the hotel computer, with my back to the door. I did not hear the door open, what I did hear was a man clearing his throat. I turned and was met with a man with no shirt and boxers. I panicked, grabbed my laptop and ran for the bathroom. My husband had left for the airport to pick up our rental car for the drive home, so I called him in a panic to tell him to hurry back, that I've woken up the wrong man. He hurried back, called security, and they came to escort the man out. Thankfully he was not angry with me, and we filed a police report. We've been told by the hotel management that we will not be charged for our stay, and that they will also be paying for our rental car. <br><br><br>Thanks visiting the wrong hotel room!
