I am 17-year-old high school student from Lithuanian, I am appalled and saddened by the situation in my beloved country. I already think that the only solution is a de facto breakup of Lithuania.

Lithuania is already broken into 2 different parts. One is more conservative and the other is more liberal. I know that some old-minded people will say that a country can't function without traditional values, but at this point I am already skeptical. Lithuania is the only EU country where a de facto breakup is not merely a fantasy. I don't remember the last time I saw Lithuanians capable of being in unison with each other. I think that a de facto breakup is the safest way of getting out of this situation.
