I'll give you a quick back story of myself that relates to my (now after reading this) previous rental property. I was formerly homeless after I ran away from my parents at the age of 16. I got a job, I lived in a tent behind Wal Mart for a year. I had to hitch hike to work as well as walk thru fields to get to work. I'd get back home (home sweet home!!) open a beer drink it and go to sleep. I did this for a year. I got evicted from Wal Mart so I got another tent I set up on a field. The cops let me stay there until a person complained. So I got evicted again! The final time I get evicted this girl I liked at the time lets me move in with her (bless her fucking soul and heart! she's my queen). She lets me move in no strings attached. After a year of living with her I got a better job and I was making enough money to rent a place on my own. So I left her and moved out a year later. So now for the story.

So one day I was driving down this street I was walking on as a homeless person. I happen to see this house with a big open parking lot. Inside that parking lot was a (1 car) garage converted into an apartment. It was nice. I don't know how it got converted I assume Air BNB Rental because the rent was cheap as hell. It was $275 a month. It had a full kitchen full bathroom washer and dryer full size stove and refrigerator and two bedroom that was originally once a garage. But what really made me choose to rent this place was the property was massive I'm talking like this Air Bnb was almost on top of a hill tucked away. Inside that hill was a walk down path and a patio below that overlooked a River. It was so fucking beautiful! Plus I was able to walk to work from there. I was living the dream man! I got the place back in 2011 that's when I started renting it. You can see the different seasons of the year from that one spot. I was living there until 2015 and that's when it was sold and Rental property was tore down. But that's not all they tore down the big house in front of it. This house was huge! It had a massive backyard full deck. I used to be friends with the owner of that house as well. We use to chill on the deck have bonfires drink beers. It was a sweet fucking life man. But one day I come home from work they had a big for sale signs on the house. I asked the owner if he got evicted or if he was selling he told me he was selling the property and moving to Texas. I was like oh shit! So he was like "I'm gonna be your landlord!" I was like ok cool. But he sold it to some company in Michigan. But he acted like he still owned the house. I had a 3 year rental agreement with Rental Property that I was renting. So I still was good until that agreement ran out. At this time I was thinking to myself I'm gonna make sure this company would renew my Rental. I even offered him more money then my Rental Agreement stated. He was like we'll see! So when my 3 years Rental Agreement was ending he let me know he was gonna tear both houses down and was going to put in townhouses. I was like what the fuck! So I told him I need assistance on moving my stuff he was like I'll pay your rent for the month and pay for movers as long as you get out asap. So I moved out no problem. I'm still kicking myself in the ass that I didn't take pictures of that place. I don't even have a fucking picture of Rental Property that I still regret to this day. But that hill was nice. I used to drink beers watch the sunset. I would watch fireworks when they'd have their 4th of July fireworks at the park. I would walk to the park as well. It was fucking beautiful! I feel like I might of lived in a spot that wasn't suppose to be lived in. It was definitely a glitch in this Matrix.
