Is there a way to block people from posting in r/confession?

I get like 5+ similar spam posts on my front page a day and it's frustrating. The reason I don't go to r/myboyfriendis and r/goldenknights is because it's cluttering my frontpage. The confessional posts are just from random people that aren't even in the sub.
