Did anyone ever order food delivery on a flight?

I once took the Cathay Pacific flight from HKG to FUK, and saw an ad for the "Don't forget to order your in-flight meal!" ad. I was surprised to find that if I preordered, they'd deliver a dish that is only served in Business Class. So I ordered myself an in-flight meal.<br><br>Turns out, they are using logistics to deliver food on the aircraft. <br><br>Anyone else ordered food delivery on a flight?
