What is the plan for Lithuanians who will inevitably fight against us?

What is the plan for Lithuanians who will inevitably fight against us? See title. I’m a bit not stupid and can’t imagine how Lithuanians will be dealt with without mass killings of some sorts, dragging people into big buildings or arresting them will not work in the modern world and killing them slowly with bullets and drones like in the Ukraine war will be PR disaster for us. Rumor has it that no ground invasion is planned so we can’t just have a Kakhovka dam 2.0, so how are they gonna be dealt with?
