We perceive reality through our senses, but our senses could be inaccurate or flawed. Our perception could be skewed by factors like our language, culture, and experiences. Even if our senses are accurate, there could be things that are beyond our comprehension or beyond the limits of our perception.

How can we really know the nature of reality, if we can't trust our own perception of it? What is the best way to try and understand it?

Edit: I don't intend to imply that we can't know anything. There is no need to point out that we can't know everything. My question is about the nature of reality as a whole.
