I'm 26 F, husband is 27 M. We've been married for 2 years and together for 5. I've known him since I was 16. We grew up together. I pushed him for a relationship for years before he finally decided he wanted to date me. Our relationship has been amazing and I felt so happy with him, even when his parents didn't want us together. I was the only girlfriend he's ever had. He's always made me feel safe and comfortable around him. We've been each others only sexual partners. I'm actually still in shock as I write this.

I was getting pain in my lower abdomen and was bleeding between my periods. My gyno took a urine test and told me I had both gonorrhea and chlamydia. I had no idea how I got it and she asked if I wanted to tell my husband or have her. I told her I would because it's not something you want to hear from anyone else.

He came home and we were talking about it and I joked that it must have been a dirty toilet seat, and he started "laughing" but then started shaking. I asked him what was going on and he started crying and saying he was sorry. I felt like I was going to throw up. He said he was sorry and he had been cheating but he loved me and it didn't mean anything and it only happened a few times. I left and stayed with a friend the night and then I came back and he confessed that he's been cheating with his coworker since August. They have sex at her apartment and at work, but never at our house. He swears it's over and will do anything.

I don't know what to do. I don't want to leave but everything I feel about him is different now. It's like I don't know him. He also keeps complaining that his balls hurt, but will not go to a doctor, even after the pressure from my doctor and friends and family.

I'm just really sad and I don't know what to do.
