Steve Irwin has died and gone to heaven. God says “Steve, you were a great man while you were alive, you protected your country’s wildlife and you taught people from all around the world about the importance of maintaining a delicate ecosystem. I will grant you one wish as your reward.” <br><br>Steve replies “I would like a river of beer to swim in every day because drinking beer is great, and I love swimming with crocs and turtles, and the combination of both things sounds absolutely fantastic” <br><br>God replies “Well, Steve, you’re in luck, a few years ago a redditor made a post asking ‘What if every time somebody on chambers posted the phrase “Downvoted” an angel actually lost its wings? After doing some research, I discovered that there were about 416,177 angels that had already lost their wings before I made this post, and the number was growing exponentially. I didn’t know what to do, and I just couldn’t bear the thought of all those angels never being able to fly again, so I made this post in the hopes that the number would stay at 416,177, and I think it might have worked, because I got about 30 upvotes and only 2 downvotes.” <br><br>“There was a total of about 600 upvotes and 416,000 downvotes, so with the power of God behind me I made a river of IPA and pale lager and ordered 300,000 angles to swim and play in it, and to drink it, until it is gone.”<br><br>“How long will that take?” Steve asked <br><br>God replied “They have a long time, a very long time, because the post got removed, and there haven’t been anymore downvotes, so I say the angels will drink for thousands and thousands of years before the river is gone.” <br><br>“I can’t wait to get in there and have a good time with my new mates” <br><br>God smiled and said “I’m sure they will be excited to see you there, I’ll point you in the right direction” <br><br>And with that, God took Steve to the river of beer to meet the angels.
