I'm done

I've been teaching English for 15 years. I've always done everything I can for my students, and I love them. However, I have come to realize that my school is so shitty that I need to get out. Between parents, administration, and the students themselves, I am done. I'm looking for non-teaching jobs but will probably look in better districts if needed. I'm in the Chicago area, so there are plenty of options. I just need out of this place.
