Has anyone ever had a student "choose" you on purpose?

I had a student choose me as a narrator for an exhibition Friday. I had a meeting with them beforehand and all seemed well. It was the morning of the exhibition that I found out it was an on purpose "choice" to tell me something. It was something I needed to hear, but it was all a little unexpected.<br><br>I'm really wanting to hear from people who have had students choose them for any kind of exhibition specifically because they had something to tell them.
