MeMe Ranking

I want an app that incorporates AI to rank the meaning of a meme. I like to think about the meaning and the slight of hand used in a meme, so I think ranking them would help to make this hobby more exciting. That is the idea. Ranking memes about making memes would be fun. Ranking memes about meming memes making memes would be even better. Some slight of hand used in memes would be counted more than others making a ranking system exciting. No, I dont want it to be a social media site, I want to use memedroid or some other site as the data source.
