Experts on AGI, what will be the next big hurdle after scaling?

AGI is still far from what it needs to be, and imo there’s a number of problems from scaling, to accuracy, to amplifying human bias, and a lot more. But theoretically, let’s say these problems are all overcome and AGI is fully rolled out. What would the next biggest hurdle be for AGI?
