There was a little black girl in my room last night

I've always been a lucid dreamer, but in recent months I've been having more vivid dreams than I ever have. I can control them and I can usually make them real. Last night was a good one, I was in my room surrounded by lots and lots of fancy beautiful lights. There were three other people in my room, the girl, a boy about 15 and a man age 40. None of them spoke to me except the man. I have no idea why he wanted me to sleep. This memory is not from a dream, this is a real memory. I am 14 and I remember waking up on the little girls lap in my bed. I looked over at the little girl, she was black, with short afro hair and her skin was very dark. She looked up to the boy and he was smiling at me. I remember seeing the man standing over the little girl and looking at him. He was British, I remember his accent and his voice. "Shhh Sleep, Sleep" he said. He sounded annoyed with me. I remember looking up at him and I felt a wave of sleep wash over me and then I was asleep. I woke up this morning in my bed with a headache. I'm confused, what was the girl doing in my room? How did she get there? The man could have been a dream, as could the little girl and the boy. The reason why I believe this to be real is because I could smell the girl, she smelled like shampoo. Nothing in the dream could have smelled like shampoo. I've been looking online and I have found a small number of similar experiences.
