I found a message on my girlfriends computer that sounded really off...

So this was about 4 years ago, nobody knows what it is. My girlfriend and I were hanging out at her house. I had just woken up from a nap and was sitting on the computer while she was finishing getting ready for the night. I decided to open limewire to look for some new music.<br><br>After searching for about 5 minutes I seen a message pop up in the chat box for limewire. I noticed that the guy who messaged me first messaged me at 1:42, but the clock on the computer said 3:55. I had been on the computer for almost 2 and a half hours at that point.<br><br>The guys username was MER غیر and he said "Do u have a fave band?". I seen that message and the chat box popped up, I was like WTF, I dont even remember clicking on his profile. I thought maybe he had clicked on my profile, but it said "MER غیر messaged you first"<br><br>I replied with like "No, not really"<br><br>He said "ive been watching you on here for weeks now"<br><br>At this point I had already started to freak out, and my girlfriend walks up and I showed her the whole situation and she was asking what was going on and we started talking about how creepy it was, but then he said "This is your only warning"<br><br>I asked "Who is this?"<br><br>He said "ive been watching you you know what you did"<br><br>I said "What did I do?" <br><br>He said "Im now watching the one next to you"<br><br>I was seriously shitting my pants at this point, and my girlfriend asked "who is this" and I asked him and he just repeated "Im now watching the one next to you"<br><br>I said "answer or I close this window" and he said "You know who I am, youre on the list now"<br><br>I immediately closed the chatbox and signed out of limewire, and told my girlfriend to check her messages and she went on her profile and there was his profile and his username, and then a lil button that said "view conversation history" I was all nope and closed it because at that point I already went through every emotion of fear you could imagine, from being jealous thinking it was a guy flirting with the girl next to me, to sheer terror at the thought of it being a person who was actually watching us.<br><br>I never signed on to my limewire account again, and ever since that day I was paranoid about the idea of people watching me. I started to do things behind closed doors instead of with open doors, and I don't like mirrors facing my bed, or anything like that. I don't know if any of you guys have experienced this, but it is 100% one of the most terrifying things you could find on your computer.
