Visiting America as a man from the Middle East is a great way to see how much of a shit gender really is. I have been traveling to America for over ten years and I have seen a shift in how I am treated based on gender, and not my race or ethnicity.

I am a Middle Eastern man. White, dark hair. Completely average in height and build. I have never lifted or done any sports, so I am not "buff" at all. I have a beard, but you wouldn't see me as anything other than a white man in America.

The first few times I visited America, the girls were so nice and treat me well. I am from a wealthy country in the Middle East. People know about this. They would be like "Oh, that's so cool" and ask me questions about my country. They would be really nice and want to talk to me. I am not very good looking, but I always had a lot of girls interested in me. Not anymore.

The last few years, I have been treated very differently. I think it is because of third wave feminism and all the hate against men that is going on these days (men are all rapists, we are all privileged, we are all abusive, etc.). I am not very good looking, so I do not have any physical advantages. I am also from a wealthy country, so I am not here for any type of visa or green card scam. I am not a refugee, I am a tourist visiting America like any other tourist.

I have noticed that the last few years, American girls are very mean to me if I talk to them. They ask where I am from, I tell them the truth. I am not some Syrian or Iranian refugee. I am from an oil rich country in the Middle East. I have a good job and make good money. I am just visiting on vacation. They ask what I do, I tell them the truth. It doesn't matter. I am a man, I am the enemy.

I go to the bar or a clubs, and I try to talk to American girls. Right when they find out I am a man from the Middle East, they treat me differently. They don't care that I come from a wealthy country. They don't care that I am just visiting and not some type of refugee. They are mean to me and treat me like garbage. They are very rude and hateful.

I go to the mall or other places where there are a lot of people, and I see how American men and women treat each other in public. I see American men trying to talk to American women and being treated badly. I see American women being very mean and hateful to American men out in public. I have lived in many cities in the Middle East and in other parts of the world, and America is the only place I have seen this.

America is the only place I have visited where I see women treating men with so much disrespect and hatred in public, out in the open. America is the only place where I have seen men treated with contempt and hatred by women. American women are the only women I have met who treat men this way. In my country, women have more rights than they do here. Women in my country can vote and go to school. Everything that American women have, the women in my country have as well.

I am not some type of refugee. I am from a wealthy country in the Middle East. I am not a terrorist or some type of radical Islamist. I am not a Muslim extremist who hates women. I do everything that American men do. I work, I go to the gym, I study, I go to the mall. I do everything that American men do, but American women treat me with contempt and hatred.

No one cares. America is such a patriarchal society that all that matters to American women is that I am a man. I took a class at university last semester and the teacher was talking about how "privileged" men are. I told her that not all men are privileged. I told her that I came from the UAE, a wealthy Middle East country where women from all over the world move to work because they are treated so well. I told her that women in my country are bosses and CEOs. I told her that I am privileged because of where I come from, not because I am a man. She looked at me like I was crazy.

In my country, women are treated very well. One of our princes has a daughter who is an astronaut. Women in the UAE can do anything that American women can do. There is no difference between men and women in my country. Everyone is treated the same. I don't know what kind of women are in the rest of the Middle East (Syria, Iraq, Iran, etc.), but in the UAE we treat women very well. We are a very modern country and not a third world desert. We are more modern than many cities in Europe and America.

In my country, women can vote, go to university, work, study, own their own businesses. Women in my country have all the same rights as men. The women in my country are very smart. They go to the best universities in the world. Many of the women in my country own their own businesses. Women in the UAE run their own companies and are bosses of their own businesses. Women in the UAE have all the same rights as men.

American women treat American men with contempt and disrespect. American women are so mean and hateful. American women have a huge chip on their shoulder. They hate American men and treat them as the enemy. I don't understand it and it makes me very sad. I really like America and I have visited many times, but I will not live here or marry an American woman. American women are too mean and hateful for me.
