I’m so tired of the bar not being able to serve food without “enjoying the atmosphere” first

It’s only 7:30, it’s my first night out since COVID, I’m hungry as all hell. I get to a bar, go in, and they tell me they can’t serve me food or drinks without “a table and enjoying the atmosphere for a half hour first”. What the actual f***. I don’t give a f*** about this bar’s atmosphere, I want food that I can eat at a table. What a load of horseshit. I’m going to go somewhere you don’t need to pay $20 for some burger just to enjoy the seats.
