How would a human society that can't see, rely on natural light or has no atmosphere look like?

Humans have a bunch of senses (5 main ones a bunch of less important ones) but the thing that really sets us apart from other mammals that can do everything we can do with our senses are our eyes.

So how would a society of people that can't see work? We already have examples of blind people doing everything that normal people do today, but what about a whole race like that? How does one navigate a busy street without looking?

And then there's a society that has natural light. Humans wouldn't even need eyes if we could run on sunlight. It would probably take only a few decades for us to develop a way to convert sunlight directly to energy, so how would this human society look like?

But let's go even further, a society that has no atmosphere could also provide the energy its citizens need. This hypothetical human society would just absorb energy through its skin. How would it work? Would cities be made up of buildings or would they just be areas where people 'charge up'?

Or how about a hypothetical society that possesses both natural light and no atmosphere?
