How do I tell days of the week apart without a woman?

Since the women left I've been having problems keeping track of the days of the week. There's just so many and I honestly can't keep track of them. Any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated.<br><br>Edit: F**k I forgot to add, I don't have a TV, phone, or computer. F**k I'm sorry
