I don’t know many people who have a bad opinion about AI. But I’m seriously skeptical of how it is being presented to the public. I mean, I would say I’m the most worried about virtual influencers. It seems so unregulated and really has an impact on the younger generation.

It’s random to think that there are thousands of people who are probably 10-18 years old who follow virtual influencers and actually think they are real. Sure, virtual influencers shouldn’t be regulated as much, but I don’t know if you would call it an influencer if it isn’t real. It’s literally a robot.

I don’t want to see more AI marketing. It seems unregulated and honestly a bit creepy with AI chat. We shouldn’t be asked at the top of a website “hey do you have questions for our team? Talk to our AI chat and get answers.” I don’t want to see any more AI chat because that means less human workers.

If I get a phone call and they are an AI voice I literally get annoyed. There is a difference when an actual person is talking to you versus a robot. A robot just doesn’t have that human compassion. It’s just not normal, but I feel like people really don’t care too much.

Anyway, I feel like people are just careless about this whole new era of technology. Sure, it has its perks, but people don’t want to work at a desk anymore and everyone is trying to replace their desk jobs with AI.

Sure, I’m not against AI chat when you need answers really fast, but not when a website refuses to have human people that you can talk to. They are literally taking away jobs from people and giving them to robots.

I just don’t like the whole era of “instead of human workers, we are going to use robots to work and give people their answers.” Sure, people don’t want to work at a desk, but everyone still needs a job. And tech companies are trying to replace humans with robots. I find it so ridiculous.

Anyway thanks for reading.
