If you post on new or /pol/, you can't use basic html correctly, you are an uneducated child with a mental disability, or you're a shill trying to make the site look bad.

I don't know how many times I've seen someone post something on new or /pol/ using the standard bbcode that /b/ uses, like `[b]bold`[/b], `[i]italic`[/i], `[s]strikethrough`[/s], etc. All of these are pretty basic things that every channer knows and they don't work on the majority of the site. You would have to be a dumbass to not know that if you post something like that, it's going to show the code in the post instead of what you want. <br><br>The bbcode that those boards uses is `[spoiler]spoiler[/spoiler]` and `[code]code`[/code]. Why can't people get this right? I'm not sure if it's just one person, but I've seen this posting style from a lot of people in the threads I've read, which lead me to believe it's either children or shills.
