A 19-year-old lady in Germany accused her brother of sexually assaulting her on April 29th, 2021. She got a restraining order against him and he got kicked out of their house, forcing him to move into a room without access to a kitchen or bathroom.<br><br>"It's a nightmare. I want my life back," her brother said.<br><br>You can imagine how he'd feel if he had to sleep on the streets. The ordeal for him was so bad that he attempted suicide due to the lack of evidence and how the courts handled the situation. A huge backlog in processing rape kits meant that it took the court 27 whole months to figure out that his sister had lied about the whole thing. In the end, the sister was fined 480 euros for making a false accusation.
