If you work 40 hours a week, you deserve 40 hours of pay for the week, as well as healthcare, dental care, and paid time off. You also deserve a sick day when you're ill, and a personal day to take care of anything else you need to attend to.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that people even need to argue about this. The way join a job, work hard, maybe get promoted is a lie. Join a job, work hard, get paid the bare minimum, maybe get promoted if you grovel enough. You can't pay a livable wage on minimum wage, but you can afford a CEO buying another fucking island. I don't care what political party you fall under, everyone deserves to be treated equally. Life shouldn't be so hard to live.
