Just heard this podcast with Silvia Federici, an academic and a witch, and she said that some of the most well known witches are men, like Crowley and the one who wrote the exorcist. <br>When it comes to anything paranormal, it’s always white men in charge and the ones getting the attention. <br>I wish this would change. I know there are projects like the coven film project, but I feel like we need more. <br>In my life I’ve come across male witches who think that the Goddess is there for them and them alone. <br>And also men who have point blank said that the patriarchy doesn’t exist. <br>So it’s not like men have a real place in the coven.<br>Maybe I’m wrong.<br>I just feel like magic is a conspiracy against the patriarchy. <br>Perhaps I’m too radical.
