I have tinnitus, but I’ve heard my tinnitus change into different pitches to replicate real sounds I hear

This is about my tinnitus, if you don’t know what tinnitus is, it’s when you hear ringing in your ears when there is no ringing, and it’s permanent. <br><br>I have tinnitus, and it’s in both ears. One ear is a high pitched ring, the other is a bass sound. <br><br>I’ve heard my tinnitus change pitch into real sounds before, to the point where it sounds like real sounds, and it’s creepy. I could be thinking about a train, and my ear will ring this low pitch sound that sounds exactly like a train. <br><br>Or I could be doing something and my tinnitus will change into the pitch of running water. <br><br>It’s strange asf, and today I sneezed and my ears popped and the tinnitus temporarily went away, but that moment made me think about it and I haven’t really thought about it before. <br><br>But it’s a glitch in the matrix moment, because it can change into replicate real sounds I hear.
