Would it be awkward to kiss my mom in front of a girl I like?

I'm going to visit my mom next summer and I told a girl from my school that I would visit my mom. She hasn't seen my mom in a long time and invited herself as well. She invited a friend of hers as well to make it a group trip. Would it be weird if I kissed my mom when we meet up?
