I believe my brother would have been kidnapped if he got into the wrong car.

My brother (14 at the time) was grounded and wasn't allowed to play on his console for a week for doing something he wasn't supposed to do. After the first night he got extremely bored and wanted to get out and do something. Even though he was grounded he begged my parents to let him go to the skate park with some friends anyway, but they weren't having it. He kept pushing the issue until they eventually gave in and let him go, but only for a couple of hours.

He arrives at the skate park, and his friends aren't there. He spends the couple of hours he has doing his own thing and his time is almost up. He decides to head back home, but on his way, he is approached by a woman with two kids who were probably around six or seven in age. She asks him if he wants to come over to her house for dinner with her and her kids. Being your average teenager he said accepted since he could tell she was attractive and didn't want to turn her down.

She says she can't drive him because she doesn't have a car on her, but points out a guy who she says is her neighbour who is willing to drive him over to her house. My brother is well aware that he shouldn't be getting into cars with random people, especially after going through all the "Don't get into cars with strangers" lessons and what-not when he was younger, but somehow he still makes the decision to get into the car anyway.

I'm not sure what goes through the minds of people who do stuff like this. He's there for around 5 minutes before he mentions my city to the driver. The driver responds with "Oh, that's quite a long way from here" and my brother immediately puts two and two together and realises he's in trouble. Without hesitation, my brother opens the car door and jumps out while the car is still in motion, bags and all. He walks home and when he gets there my parents ask him how his day at the skate park was. He replies with "It was sick, I nearly got kidnapped" and tells them the whole story. My parents don't believe him until he explains the details of the car, the people and the street.

I don't know how true this story is, because my brother has a history of making things up for attention, but I believe him 100% on this one. He's very stubborn and will stand by what he says no matter how much weProd him, so for him to say this then stick to his guns the entire time even after getting in trouble for going to the skate park is something he would only do if it really did happen.
