My girlfriend just said that she would never compliment a guy on his body, only his face, and "make fun" of his body because she said men were insecure about it too,

and for a second I thought she was being serious, but then she realized I was shocked and said that she was kidding. I told her that it was an awful "joke" and that I could never do any of that because that was body shaming. She said "I know" but still loudly laughed.
