Are there any philosophical theories/arguments for physical hedonism (i.e. the belief that pleasure, understood in simple sensual and physical terms, is the ultimate goal of human existence)?

I'm interested in knowing what philosophers have argued in favor of a physical, carnal, or sensual understanding of hedonism. I think there are plenty of arguments in favor of abstract hedonism or hedonic psychology, but I'm specifically wondering about the most physical and carnal arguments for hedonism.
