For the next 3 months we should all wear masks to protect each other and the economy

The amount of people roaming around Walmart, Target, and grocery stores with their faces exposed is appalling. If we can all wear masks we can prevent the spread of the disease by a lot. Which in turn would prevent a quarantine and would keep business running. Also, with masks we would not have to stock pile toilet paper and paper towels so it would prevent a lot of arguing and fighting over the items.
