I've been having this horrible itching all over my body ever since I took 400mg MDMA.

I took some 400mg MDMA earlier today with alcohol and now it's been a few hours and I've had this horrible feeling of itching all over my body. I feel like it's crawling under my skin and I don't know what to do.
