Why isn't AI being used to monitor and catch child sexual abuse in real-time?

I recall reading that AI could monitor and catch child sexual abuse in real time, but I looked into it and I believe that there is exactly zero effort to do this. It seems that this is incredibly important, and I'm not sure why it's not being used.
