Longest flight you have been on?

I am about to go on a 10 hour flight and I am not going to lie, I am not feeling well about it. I have traveled a lot before but I have never been on a 10 hour flight. I know that I am 20 but I get flight anxiety. I would just like to know how others deal with their anxiety.
