Turned a Trump supporting dad into an anti-Trumper

He was from Texas and he was famous for making this really cool money gun. <br><br>He’s 78 years old. <br><br>I spent a few weeks building trust with him and paid him for him to make a money gun for me. <br><br>I never brought up politics and was very friendly. <br><br>The day I got the money gun he showed me how to use it. <br><br>I made the comment oh this is good I can give money to women and minorities who are affected by Trump. <br><br>He looked at me and said “I’m a staunch Trump supporter” <br><br>I was like, really?! I’m not. Do you think he’s racist? <br><br>He said “yes I think he’s racist” that’s all I need to hear was my reply. <br><br>He was like I’m very conservative. <br><br>I told him there are a lot of conservative ways of making this country better. <br><br>I told him to do his research. <br><br>He never replied back to my texts and he ended up blocking me. <br><br>I was like huh I thought I’d never hear from him again. <br><br>But today he unblocked me and sent me the most beautiful text message and I wanted to share that with you guys. <br><br>He said he’s never going to vote Republican again that he’s going to vote Democrat. <br><br>He asked me to give him a list of democratic candidates to donate to. <br><br>He said he was going to register to vote for his first time in his life and vote Democrat. <br><br>He said he’s going to get a blue on black square flag and fly it. <br><br>He said he’s going to put Trump sucks on his car. <br><br>He said he’s going to donate to an organization to get Trump out of office. <br><br>He said he’s got a late birthday gift for me. <br><br>He said he’s going to send me a very generous check and he did. <br><br>He said he’s going to give me a hundred shares of stock. <br><br>He said he’s going to send me a thousand dollars in cash. <br><br>He’s going to send me 500 shares of stock for my kids. <br><br>He said he’s going to send me a thousand dollars in cash to give to homeless people. <br><br>He said he’s going to vote and donate for the rest of his life. <br><br>He asked me to give him a reading and I did. <br><br>He said the reading was beautiful. <br><br>I told him to keep an eye on his on his email and he said he will. <br><br>He said he wants to help make this country a better place. <br><br>I paid him $70 for the gun and he sent me 5K. <br><br>So that was pretty cool. <br><br>I’m really grateful that I get to help people and make a difference. <br><br>I got to see the human side of him. <br><br>He’s a loving father, husband and grandfather. <br><br>Don’t give up on anyone. <br><br>Try to put different perspectives in people’s minds. <br><br>It all starts with us and we have the power to change everything. <br><br>Thank you for watching this video. <br><br>I hope you got something out of it. <br><br>Love you guys. <br><br>Bye. <br><br>Edit 1-8-2021:<br><br>This was a very long text chain and this was on and off for several months! <br><br>This was in 2019-AFTER he blocked me for several months!<br><br>This is what he wrote: <br><br>Hey don't know if you'll get this but I just wanted to let you know how much you changed my life. <br><br>I went out and registered to vote. <br><br>For the first time in my life I'm 78. <br><br>I've been Republican since I was 15. <br><br>I've donated to 4 democratic nominees. <br><br>I've got a blue on black square flag flying. <br><br>I've got a Trump sucks sticker on my car. <br><br>I have donated to an organization to get Trump out of office. <br><br>You were right I just didn't see the whole picture. <br><br>It's been really hard for me to accept I was wrong for 63 years. <br><br>I should have been on the other side. <br><br>I'm so sorry for the mistakes I have made. <br><br>We've donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Democrats. <br><br>We've spent thousands of dollars on Trump sucks merchandise. <br><br>We've helped hundreds of homeless people. <br><br>We've registered hundreds of people to vote. <br><br>I wanted you to have a late birthday present but I blocked you, so I'm sending it to you now. <br><br>I'm going to send you 5 thousand dollars in cash and a thousand shares of stock. <br><br>And I'm going to throw in a thousand in cash for you to give to homeless people. <br><br>I'm going to send you a reading I wrote for you so you can rememeber the good times we had together. <br><br>And I got 500 shares of stock for your kids for late birthday presents. <br><br>You really changed my life. <br><br>Thank you for believing in me. <br><br>Let me know you got this, I don't want to lose you again. <br><br>Love you<br><br>This was just a very long text chain that went on forever!
