It's what determines how many representatives each state will have in the House of Representatives, as well as your share of federal funding for programs and infrastructure projects.<br><br>I think some people might be put off because there is a 9 digit code that you need, and it can be found on the notice you get. But honestly, if you're not sure how to find that, you can always print the notice and bring it to your local library. They'll help you fill it out for free.
