I've seen so many people have a big breakfast and then not even feel hungry until dinner. <br><br>This is a huge mistake. <br><br>The longer you take to eat your breakfast, the longer your body takes to process your food. So if you eat breakfast really quickly, your body will process it very quickly. Then, you'll be hungry again. This is the opposite of what you want. <br><br>You want your hunger pangs to end for the day, so you only need to eat lunch and dinner. <br><br>I like to take 10-15 minutes to eat my breakfast. I make sure it's very filling. I'll eat something like 4 slices of whole wheat bread, with peanut butter and honey on each slice. I'll add a banana too. I find that this gives me so much energy, and I'm not hungry again until lunch time. <br><br>Give this a try and see if it helps you.
