I love watching anti gunners take an NRA course.

I'm an NRA certified safety instructor, I've taught many gun grabber types and it's hilarious to watch them wake up.

Take this young lady I'll call her Jenny for an example, she was a very nice young lady who was adamant that we arm teachers. She just wanted to take the course so she knew what she was signing up for.

I walked her through the course super slow and made sure she understood everything 110%. I wanted to make sure she knew what she was talking about when she went to tell people we should arm teachers. My gun control friends would call me a gun nut, but I wanted to make sure she understood my point of view.

When it was time for her to shoot she was super nervous and started to panic a little when she actually had the firearm in her hand. I calmed her down and slowed her down and she ended up getting about 50% in her first round of 50.

After she calmed down and slowed down she started hitting more. By the end of it all she was shooting 80% and had actually started having a ton of fun.

I asked her if she still thought we should arm teachers. There was a long pause and she told me she wasn't so sure it was a good idea now.

This has been a reoccurring theme for me. The people that want stricter gun control don't even know how to properly operate a firearm.

If you know someone who is anti gun and they are willing to listen to you. Take them to a range and give them the NRA treatment.

EDIT: Some people seem to think I wouldn't take a person who is pro gun into my class and teach them the safe and proper way to operate a firearm. I would never turn someone down for taking my class. My point is that I've had multiple people who were Anti Guns take the class and change their political opinion after having to physically pick up a firearm.
