For the last six months, I couldn't go to the gym without my ex paying attention to me

After the breakup, my ex started going to the gym regularly. I try not to pay attention to him, but he always stands out because of his bright gym clothes, which I don't like. I thought it would get old, but indeed, having him stare at me made me self-conscious, and I felt uncomfortable.

According to my gym friends, he spends more time looking at me than lifting weights, and they also mentioned that my ex approached one of my friends and asked her about my workouts. When my friend asked my ex if he had any questions, he just smiled and left, making it clear that he wasn't interested in my friend.

When I shared this with my other friends, they said my ex spends more time staring at me than lifting weights. He always finds ways to stand near me, and even when he's not standing near me, he's still watching me. It's like he's trying to distract me by looking at me while I'm working out, and it's almost like he's trying to make me feel uncomfortable on purpose.

I don't know what to make of this behavior, and I don't want to be rude, so I'll just ignore him and keep doing my thing. It's been six months, so I guess I have to get used to him being there and just focus on my own workout.
