I think my neighbor might actually be a serial killer

I have a neighbor that I've seen many times and I've always thought it was weird that he was out so much at night. It's really late when he comes out. I also thought it was odd that he was only out alone. He's never with a girlfriend or any other people.<br><br>I have a security camera installed so I can check if he is actually home at night. Sure enough, he is. He's home, but he's never outside in his yard or anything. He's always just in the house.<br><br>The other day, I saw him come out. I went to the camera to check if he was actually home or not. Sure enough, he's home. But he's not inside. He's actually out in the front yard. It's dark, but I could tell that he's doing something. I turned the camera towards the window so that I can see what he's doing. He's just sitting in the dark, looking at his phone. I was curious, so I went out to see. It was still dark, so I couldn't see anything. I got out and walked up to his house and went up to the door. As I was getting closer to the door, he heard me and got up to leave. I stopped him and asked him to come over to my house and talk. He looked confused but came on over. I went inside and asked if he'd come in. I told him that I was just curious why he's always sitting out front. He said that he was trying to quit smoking. I was a little weirded out by his response, but then he apologized and said that he was just messing with me. We talked a little bit and he seemed to be a really nice guy. I was shocked, I didn't think that this guy could be so nice.<br><br>I never told him about the camera, but the other day I saw him looking out of the window. He was looking out of the window, he knew I was home, and I know that he could see my camera. So I checked the footage to see if he was messing with the camera. He was, but I wasn't mad or anything. It seemed like he just wanted to talk to me. I started to think that he was actually a pretty cool guy, and that I was just overreacting to him being out so late and all that stuff. He was actually just a really nice guy. I started talking to him and he's really a great guy. He's so funny, and he's just a great person to talk to. I'm really glad I wasn't afraid of him. He's actually really cool. I've never met a nicer person.
