Was it wrong for the United States government to use the atom bomb against Japan in 1945, and should John Pernell be considered a trol? Yes, but should John Pernell be consdered a troll for saying that it was?

It is wrong to use weapons of mass destruction in any case, just like it is wrong to use small weapons against civilian populations. It is wrong to do anything like this to people, and the fact that atomic weapons are inherently more frightening trols people into thinking that the various moral rules about war and weapons are different. It should be put forth that the US government had engaged in an extensive period of firebombing, and is believed to have killed a million people. But it should also be put forth that the bombs should not have been expended against civilian targets. Regardless of the circumstances, a weapon of mass destruction is wrong.
