How do I delete files from 4chanx's cache?

I just installed 4chanx on a new browser, and I forgot to turn off the image caching feature. Now my cache is filled up with a bunch of porn...<br><br>4chanx's cache files are obfuscated, so I can't go in and manually delete the offending files. How can I clear out the cache, or even better, clear out only the files from certain boards?<br><br>I know I should have turned off the caching feature before installing 4chanx, but I didn't realize what it would do in the first place.
