I just learned the truth about the porn industry and realized how anyone who is even a semi regular porn consumer has been complicit in these disgusting things.

I'm 26 and I've been a regular porn consumer since 11. I've always felt like a creep and degenerate when it comes to porn and the way I consume it. My entire life I've been ashamed of the fact that I masturbate twice a day and I've always felt like the porn that I watch was disgusting and dehumanizing. About a year ago I found out that the majority of porn stars are abused and raped as children which led them to a life of drugs which then led them to porn. I started doing my own research into the backgrounds of the porn stars that I frequently watch and it turns out almost every one of them was abused and raped as a child or gangstalked into porn. I had no idea that this was so prevalent. I've been feeling like such a creep for years and now I realize why. Literally anyone who regularly consumes porn (and there are hundreds of millions if not over a billion of us) are essentially complicit in the most disgusting things you can imagine happening to the porn stars. I'm sure many of them love doing it and would choose to do it regardless but the amount of them that have been coerced, groomed, stalked, drugged, abused, raped, murdered, etc. is astronomical. I've been in denial that this goes on on such a large scale but once you start doing your own research into the porn stars that you frequently watch it really hits you that this is a real issue. <br><br>I'm not here to say that all porn is bad or anything like that, I just am saying that if you are a regular porn consumer then chances are you have been complicit in some disgusting shit.
