What’s your most evil move?

Just came to me one day to tell me he wants to go back to his ex. “I’m just not happy in this relationship” he says.<br><br>I’m like “You’re telling me this even though your lease is ending in 2 weeks and you have nowhere to go?” “Yup” he says.<br><br>I was like “I need you to get out by the end of the month. But I also need someone to sign a new lease/ take over the current one. I’m so on a fixed income I can’t afford a vacant room. I need you to do this for me because I’m in a really bad spot right now if you don’t.”<br><br>He was like “But my ex won’t have me until next month.” I was like “Then you better stay with me until next month then. You’re not leaving until I get a new tenant on the hook.”<br><br>He goes to his mom crying that I’m being mean to him. His mom calls me up and tells me she’s trying to find him a new place, to let him stay. I was like “I’m not letting him out of the hook that easy. He needs to find a tenant/ sign a new lease, either way he’s out in a month.”<br><br>She tells him what I said, he continues to rant and rave. I told him “I can’t afford to let you out of your obligation to me that easily. You need to find a way out of this mess.”<br><br>He continues to rant to anyone who would listen. I didn’t give a fuck. I know he would have left me high and dry if I didn’t hold my ground.<br><br>I ended up getting a new tenant in under a week, with him sighing the new lease for another year. I was like “You made your bed now lie in it. I told you so”. He was so angry that I wouldn’t let him out of his obligations to me but I stood my ground and got what I wanted.<br><br>He’s back with his stupid booty ex btw ?
