A short and sweet one today folks, a bit of a funny hypothetical idea that I came up with. This question is very open ended, and I'd love to here your thoughts, but here we go...

**What if the most sex positive nation in Europe... Wasn't a nation?**

Strange wording, I know, but what I mean is that the most sex positive region in Europe... Isn't a country or region, but something else entirely.

What could this be? And why would it be the most sex positive society?

For the sake of this thought experiment, let's say that this non-national region took up about the same area as a small country (for the sake of simplicity, let's just say it had a population and land mass similar to that of Belgium, and a climate similar to that of the United Kingdom).

The "nation" could be anything, from an area of sea to a mountain range to a massive, connected cave system.

Some rules:

- The "nation" is connected... In some sense. It must be possible to move from one end of the "nation" to another end of the "nation" without ever technically leaving the "nation".

- The "nation" isn't actually a nation. It doesn't have to be a sovereign state or anything like that, but must be an area that is culturally vastly different from the areas around it that is comprised of mostly a single, cohesive culture.

- The "nation" can be comprised of several different smaller regions.

- The "nation" must exist in a modern day, connected world. It can be anywhere in Europe, and can exist in its current form at any point in time between 1800 and modern day.

- The inhabitants of the "nation" must be human.

- The "nation" cannot be an island.

- The "nation" must be a place that you can physically visit, and must be made up of different parts with different cultures and traditions.

- If the "nation" is based in the sea, it cannot be attached to the seafloor in any way.

What is the sex positive "nation", and where is it? How do the inhabitants make a living? What are they like as people? Do they have any unique traditions or ways of living? How do they interact with the outside world?

**TLDR:** If the most sex positive region in Europe wasn't a country but something else entirely, what would it be and where would it be? How would the inhabitants live, and how would they interact with the outside world?
